We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

4 How We Use Your Personal Data

We will only use your personal data for the purpose of providing the Service, including:

5 Data Security

We have implemented robust security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way. We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit.

6 Security & Authentication

App Passcode (4-Digit Lock)

To provide an extra layer of security, users can enable a 4-digit App Passcode. This passcode is encrypted before it is stored in our secure database and is strictly used to verify the authorized user before granting access to your society data.

Biometric Authentication (Fingerprint/FaceID)
  • No Biometric Data Stored: We DO NOT collect, store, or have access to your actual biometric data (fingerprints, facial scans, etc.).
  • System-Managed Security: All biometric sensitive data is managed exclusively by your device's operating system (Android or iOS). Our app only receives a "Success" or "Failure" signal from your device's secure hardware.
  • Local Processing: Biometric verification is performed locally on your physical device and never leaves your phone or reaches our servers.
Cloud Synchronization

Your security preferences (Enable/Disable status) are synchronized with your secure cloud profile to ensure your account remains protected even if you change devices.

7 Data Retention

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including any legal or accounting requirements. When you request account deletion, your data will be immediately hidden but retained for a 90-day grace period before permanent erasure. If you leave a society, your access will be revoked, but certain historical transaction data may remain as part of the society records.
